Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes.
Q. Is there a delivery charge?
A. No we deliver to all suburbs in and around Perth including Joondalup and our prices include delivery, set-up, collection.
Q. Do the prices include GST
A. Yes.
Q. How do we pay?
A. Payment terms are cash only.
Q. When do we pay?
A. On delivery of the castle.
Q. Do you offer supervision?
A. Yes supervision can be arranged at an extra fee.
Q. Can the castle be delivered to a park?
A. Yes, but you will need to contact your local shire to gain approval.
Q. Can you supply an electrical generator?
A. Yes the cost is $70 for a four hour hire.
Q. Can you setup the castle on any surface?
A. No, the ideal surface for a castle is grass, however we can setup the castle on other surfaces such as concrete but you will need to notify us, as we will need to bring sand bags for the purpose of tying down the castle. We can also setup on sand providing that the surface is flat, also extra ground sheets may be required to gain access to the castle to avoid carrying sand onto the castle.
Q. What is the children’s age limit for the castles?
A. 12, Children over the age of 12 may damage the castle.
Q. How many kids can go on the castle at one time?
A. No more than 10 children at any one time.
Q. What space is required to setup the castle?
A. The medium castles required a space of 4m x 4m, and the larger combos required 5m x 5m.
Q. What if rain is forecast on the day of the hire?
A. The castles are fine for light showers, however if heavy rain fail is forecast then you can cancel the castle without penalty 24hrs prior the hire date.
Q. Do the castles have rain covers?
A. Yes the medium castles have a built in rain cover. However the larger combo castles have a built in mesh cover that will not offer much in the way of rain cover.
